Welcoming Tom Griffiths to the Team

Tom Griffiths joins Mutual as a developer.

Tom has a strong grounding in modern web development, with a particular interest in front-end architecture. He's spent the last few years on projects that demanded both performance and flexibility — systems that have to serve immediate needs and stay adaptable as requirements change.

What stood out in the hiring process was his ability to articulate trade-offs and explain complex ideas clearly. He's got real experience with component-based architecture and modern JavaScript patterns, which is useful as our projects grow in scope.

He'll be working across several client projects on our typical stack — Craft CMS, React, and whatever else each project calls for — pairing with other developers and contributing to code reviews. He's starting during a busy period, which is the fastest way to learn how a team operates.
