Charity and non-profit website development
A charity’s website answers to more audiences than most: donors deciding whether to give, journalists on deadline, funders doing due diligence, and the people the charity exists to serve. Usually a small team is responsible for all of them at once.
We build on Craft CMS so that team can run the site themselves and get a campaign page live in the week it matters, with no development queue in between. The details are shaped by the audience. For Brave Movement, a survivor-centred site in English, French and Spanish with a safety exit button, content warnings and no user tracking. For the British Skin Foundation, an A-Z skin conditions directory, a clinic finder and integrated donations.
The approach scales. We built and maintain Transparency International’s site, which serves three million visitors a year and links to 112 national chapters. Each Corruption Perceptions Index launch brings over 500,000 pageviews in 24 hours from media around the world, and the site handles it without downtime.
