No problem. If you're still on Craft 3 or 4, we handle the full upgrade to Craft 5 first — including a plugin compatibility review, testing and QA — before setting Mutual One up. The upgrade is quoted separately, and we'll talk it through on your demo call.
Almost always, yes. We regularly take over Craft sites built by other agencies and developers. We start with an audit to understand how it's put together, flag anything that needs attention, then bring it under our support and set Mutual One up.
Mutual One is built specifically for Craft CMS, so the suite needs a Craft site to run on — that's where we specialise and where we focus. If you're on another platform and thinking about moving to Craft, that's a conversation we're always happy to have.

Hosting is always a usage-based add-on rather than part of the base plan — its cost depends on your traffic and storage. We organise and fully manage it for you through a trusted partner, so it's one less thing to think about. If you'd prefer to stay with your current provider, we're happy to work with any host that meets the technical specs.
You do. Your site, your content and your data remain entirely yours. Analytics are stored on your own server rather than shipped to a third party, so nothing about your visitors leaves your control.
Support is available 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays. For most issues — questions, content help, minor fixes — this covers everything you'll need.

Yes — plans are flexible. You can move between basic support and the full Mutual One suite, add editor seats, or bring in extra design and development time as your needs change. We'll review it together at your regular catch-ups.
Most of them, yes. Every plan includes the full Mutual One suite and a generous monthly AI credit allowance — and you can top up any time if you need more.
A few tools cost us more to run, so they're priced by usage — Company Leads and managed hosting are the main ones. There's no flat fee; the cost scales with how much you use. For metered tools like Company Leads, you set your own cap — usage simply pauses once you reach it, so there are never any surprise bills.
£300 is the base price, and it includes an hour each month for new design, development and optimisation work. Need more? Add £100 for each extra hour.
Yes — unused time rolls over for three months at a time, so you can save it up for a bigger piece of work rather than spending it piecemeal.
Your Craft site itself continues to work normally — the CMS, your content and everything visitors see are unaffected. What stops is the Mutual One layer on top: analytics, AI features, Company Leads, Content Feedback and the other platform tools.
Because Mutual One integrates into your codebase, there's an exit fee to cleanly remove it and leave your site stable. We're always transparent about this upfront — it ensures your site is properly handed back, not left half-removed.
