Website development for manufacturers and suppliers

The people using a manufacturer’s or distributor’s site are formulators, specifiers and engineers, and they search by what a product has to do: meet a specification, replace a synthetic, suit an application. A catalogue organised around your internal product list makes them do the translation themselves.

So we organise catalogues around applications and properties. For Alchemy Ingredients we built an Ingredient Finder that leads formulators to the right product through a short series of questions, with an enquiry basket for requesting samples. For MEDITE SMARTPLY, a four-language catalogue where every product cross-references with more than fifteen application guides. For Scientifica, research equipment browsable by product type and, just as importantly, by research technique.

We build on Craft CMS so the product manager who owns the data can edit it directly, because specifications, certifications and datasheets change far more often than websites get rebuilt.
