A true four-day week
Four days, properly — not five squeezed into four. Accredited, and built into how we work rather than dangled as a perk.
We're a small, experienced team building bespoke Craft CMS sites for clients who care about getting them right — charities, universities, independent magazines and more, the world over. No page-builder templates, no plugin pile-ups, no being treated like a ticket factory.
We work really closely with our clients — sometimes weeks of workshops to get the ideas just right. You won't be handed a spec and left to build it alone; you'll help shape what gets built, and why.
If you want to get stuck into every part of a project — the architecture, the build, the small details that make a site feel right — and you've got the drive to make a real difference for the people you build for, hello. You might be one of us.
Everything we make is bespoke — clean content modelling, no template ceiling, no plugin sprawl. The kind of codebase you can open in two years and still understand.
You'll go deep on one CMS and properly master it, rather than spreading yourself thin across five. We use AI every day to clear the busywork, but the judgement and the craft stay yours.
Alongside client work, you'll help build Mutual One — our own product, and a suite of tools built right into Craft CMS that ships across every site we run.
You'll help decide what it becomes and how each feature actually works, with the time to build it the way it should be built.
Four days, properly — not five squeezed into four. Accredited, and built into how we work rather than dangled as a perk.
On top of the shorter week. Enough time to switch off properly and come back yourself again.
We care about the work getting done, not the hours you clock or when you clock them.
Work from wherever you are — with regular meetups, so you actually know the people you work alongside.
Charities, construction firms, universities, and everything in between. No two briefs the same.
We're small, so the standards, the stack and the way we build are shaped by the people using them. That includes you.
We don't have any open roles right now — but good Craft developers are hard to find, and we'd always rather hear from one too early than too late. Send Andrew a note and a few things you've built.
